I\u2019m currently a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD), where I design organic fluorophores for photoacoustic imaging and photothermal therapy, merging quantum chemical modeling with real-world biomedical applications.<\/p>\n<p>During my Ph.D. at SUTD under <a href=\"https:\/\/dr.ntu.edu.sg\/entities\/person\/Xiaogang-Liu\">Prof. Xiaogang Liu<\/a>, I focused on the excited-state conformational dynamics of organic dyes, using methods like TD-DFT, CASSCF, and CASPT2 to unravel mechanisms behind ultralong phosphorescence and photoinduced processes.<\/p>\n<p>In 2023, I broadened my research horizons as a Visiting Scholar at University College London and Queen Mary University of London, collaborating with Prof. Rachel Crespo-Otero to simulate excited-state decay pathways in solid-state systems and develop photostable materials.
